Postdoctoral Fellowship Program

At Macchian Solutions Psychological Services, our Postdoctoral Fellowship Program provides comprehensive training designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and independent clinical practice. We are dedicated to developing well-rounded professionals who are skilled in therapy, assessment, consultation, and community engagement.

Fellows work directly with youth, adults, and families in both individual and group settings, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of clinical concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and adjustment issues. Fellows refine their therapeutic techniques, enhance diagnostic competence, and deepen their understanding of culturally responsive care while providing high-quality services to clients.

Beyond the clinical setting, fellows actively participate in community-based initiatives and educational outreach programs. This may include facilitating workshops, providing psychoeducation in schools or local organizations, and collaborating with community partners to promote mental wellness and early intervention.

Our integrated approach prepares fellows to serve diverse populations and adapt to various professional environments including private practice, community agencies, and academic settings.

Program Highlights:

  • Direct clinical experience with youth, adults, and families

  • Opportunities for community involvement and outreach programming

  • Training in psychological assessment and evidence-based interventions

  • Support with professional development and licensure readiness

At Macchian Solutions, we empower our postdoctoral fellows to grow as compassionate, competent, and confident clinicians who make a lasting impact in the communities they serve.
