Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFTs)
We are currently hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) who are committed to strengthening family relationships and improving communication. Our ideal candidates are skilled in addressing family dynamics and helping clients build healthy, supportive connections.
Clinical Practicum Placement Available
Macchian Solutions offers clinical practicum placement opportunities for graduate students pursuing degrees in counseling, psychology, or social work. Students will gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment while developing essential clinical skills. Please note that supervision hours are not provided by Macchian Solutions and must be obtained through the student’s academic program or an approved external supervisor.

The Therapy Bank
The Therapy Bank brings together a team of caring mental health professionals committed to offering clients ten free brief therapy sessions. If you're interested in this service, it's important to know that it's designed to be temporary and goal-oriented rather than a long-term, ongoing process. The availability of these sessions depends on the number of clinicians volunteering their time, so spots are limited. Currently, there's a waitlist for this service, and individuals will be notified about intake availability based on the order of sign-ups.
Are you a licensed clinician wishing to donate your time to a good cause? Contact our volunteer department for more information! Volunteers are provided a financial log of tax-deductible services at the end of each 10-week contract. Tax deductions are comparable to typical service fee charges.
